Application Process
Visit the Campus
Go to the Registrar's Office or Admissions Office at any GSC campus. Pick up or download the application form.
Submit Requirements
Submit all required documents to the Admissions Office for evaluation. Ensure all documents are complete and properly certified.
Assessment & Interview
Qualified applicants may be invited for a brief interview or assessment with the relevant college department chairperson.
Enrollment & Payment
Receive your Notice of Acceptance, choose your preferred class schedule (Morning, Afternoon, or Evening), and complete your enrollment.
Admission Requirements
- Form 138-A (Senior High School Card / Grade 12 Report Card) with official school seal
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from previous school
- PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate
- 2x2 ID Photos — 2 pcs with name tag (white background)
- 1 Long Brown Envelope
- Certificate of Honorable Dismissal (for transferees)
- Transcript of Records (for transferees)

GWA of 90%+ in Grade 12 or Rank 1–10 in graduating class
GSC Presidential Scholarship
Valedictorian or Salutatorian of graduating batch
Financial Assistance Grant
Demonstrated financial need with supporting barangay / DSWD certification
Sports & Cultural Scholarship
Regional or national level athlete / artist representative
CHED Tulong Dunong Program (TDP)
Filipino citizen, income-qualified household, enrolled in CHED-recognized institution
GSC Faculty & Staff Dependent Scholarship
Dependent child of regular GSC faculty or administrative staff
